Long story, short, I need to use IE9 32 bit to send encrypted military email - IE9 32 bit is the latest version supported. The crashes do not stall my system its just that the pop up window shows up saying I have restart windows explorer again. I can imagine the inconvenience you have experienced. Indeed, generally operation failed when I began to enter some words into the YouTube box. I understand that Windows explorer is crashing in Windows 7. It affected all the videos I attempted to load. Precisely which is the culprit is hard to tell because IE11 is causing a range of problems (see the link I gave above).
It seems to be an interaction between IE11 (Release version) and the latest 11.9.152 version of Adobe flash.
